Use of the App

Expert Currency is provided as a general-purpose currency conversion and market-reference utility. You may use the app only in a lawful and responsible manner.

Your download and use of Expert Currency are also subject to the applicable terms of Apple's App Store and any end-user license agreement that applies to the app. Unless a custom end-user license agreement is provided through App Store Connect, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies.

These Terms of Use supplement, and do not replace, any applicable App Store terms or end-user license agreement.

Rates and Market Information

Currency, precious-metal, and cryptocurrency rates shown in Expert Currency are provided for informational and indicative purposes only.

Rates may be delayed, rounded, incomplete, unavailable, or different from the prices or exchange rates offered by a bank, exchange, broker, merchant, payment provider, or other service.

Expert Currency displays the date of stored rates where applicable. You are responsible for confirming current prices and exchange rates before making a financial, commercial, or purchasing decision.

Not Financial Advice

Expert Currency does not provide financial, investment, trading, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

Conversions, charts, historical information, and market data provided by the app should not be treated as a recommendation or instruction to buy, sell, hold, exchange, or otherwise transact in any currency, precious metal, cryptocurrency, or other asset.

Availability and Accuracy

Expert Currency may depend on third-party market-data sources, internet access, Apple platform services, device settings, and locally cached information.

Although reasonable efforts may be made to provide useful and current information, the availability, accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any rate, chart, conversion, feature, or service cannot be guaranteed.

Features or data may be changed, interrupted, delayed, suspended, or unavailable from time to time.

Offline and Cached Rates

Expert Currency can store previously retrieved rates on your device so that conversions may continue to work when an internet connection is unavailable.

Cached rates may not reflect current market conditions. The date of the available rate should be reviewed before relying on an offline conversion.

App Store Purchases and Subscriptions

Some features on iPhone and iPad may require an in-app purchase or subscription. Purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store.

The applicable price, billing period, renewal terms, and any available trial or introductory offer are shown in the App Store purchase flow before you confirm a purchase.

Subscription management, cancellation, billing, and eligible refund requests are handled through Apple's services and are subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.

The Apple Watch app and Messages app are offered free of charge as described in the app. The iPhone and iPad subscription includes Family Sharing where that feature is supported by Apple and enabled for the applicable subscription.

Apple Services

Expert Currency may use Apple platform features and services including Apple Watch, widgets, Messages, accessibility technologies, Family Sharing, and App Store services.

Availability of these features may depend on compatible hardware, operating-system versions, Apple Account settings, region, and the continued availability of Apple's services.

Third-Party Data and Services

Expert Currency may use third-party data sources to retrieve currency, precious-metal, and cryptocurrency market information.

Third-party services may change, restrict, delay, discontinue, or correct their data or services without notice. Expert Currency is not responsible for the operation or availability of services that are controlled by third parties.

Intellectual Property

Expert Currency and the app's original software, interface, artwork, written content, branding, and design elements are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Expert Currency or its intellectual property to you.

No Guarantee of Market Results

Expert Currency is a reference and conversion tool. No particular financial, trading, exchange, investment, or commercial result is promised or guaranteed by your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated if Expert Currency's features, services, business practices, or applicable requirements change. The current version will remain available on this page.

Continued use of Expert Currency after an update means that the then-current Terms apply to that use, subject to applicable law and any applicable App Store terms or license agreement.
